Once you submit your upload, the Customer Upload app dashboard will show one of these statuses:
- In Progress – Creating Customers – the upload is actively processing
- Failed – something went wrong with the file before it could complete
- Complete – the upload finished successfully
Even after a "Complete" status, an Error file may appear alongside it if there were issues with specific records. In either the "Failed" or error file case, you can follow these instructions to fix and re-upload your data.
