What does Failed mean?

This means your file failed to upload. Download the CSV and double-check any issues with it. Please make sure to identify each field. If it does not match anything, choose Ignore.

1. Download the Error CSV file to find out what went wrong. Your error message will appear in the column on the far right of the file.
2. Fix your related CSV file according to your error message and follow the steps to re-upload your corrected file.
