If you utilize the Self-Service Upload option, actual upload times vary based on how many customers you have in your database, and how many uploads are processing in the queue. It can take up to 24 hours to complete. You can check the status of your upload within the Customer Upload app dashboard.
If you utilize the Full-Service Upload option, we will place your file in our queue of file uploads. Please allow 1-3 business days for your file to be uploaded. We will notify you via email once complete.
