Is there a limit to how many customers I can upload?

The self-service upload is limited to 1,500 customers per file. If you have more than 1,500 customers in your file, you will need to break your file into multiple files and upload them separately or follow the instructions below.

The following are step-by-step instructions on how to use our system to your file if you have more than 1,500 customers. This is an example using 3,300 customers. 

1. Upload original file with 3,300 customers. This creates 1,500 customers and an Error file for the remaining 1,800 customers. Click on "Download Error File." 

2. Next, upload the Error file with the 1,800 customers. This creates 1,500 customers and an Error file for the remaining 300 customers. Click on "Download Error file."

3. Finally, upload the Error file with the remaining 300 customers. All 3,300 customers are now in Clover.
