If you're unable to cancel an order, it has either already shipped or is too far along in our fulfillment process to be stopped.
We ship quickly so your paper arrives when you need it. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, so an order can move into fulfillment shortly after it's placed. Once that happens, we're unable to cancel it.
