My order is missing an item or has the wrong item

1. Let us know which item is missing or incorrect. If you received the wrong product, include a photo of it and its label.

Once we receive your message, we'll review it and reply with a resolution.

Note: Orders with multiple items sometimes ship in separate packages. If an item is missing, check your shipping confirmation to see whether another package is still on the way.
