Can I customize my sign up form?

ListBuilder lets you control exactly what information you collect from customers when they sign up. You can choose from a range of fields, and everything collected gets added directly to your Clover Customers app.

How to Edit Your Sign Up Form

1. Launch the ListBuilder app.
2. Select Edit Sign Up Form.
3. Choose which fields you'd like to collect from the list of options.
4. Save your changes.

Available Fields

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• Address Line 3
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Business Name
• Note
• Date of Birth
• Disable Second Screen — keeps the sign up form on the merchant-facing device only (for Clover Duo setups), so it won't appear on the Mini for the customer to fill out
