If certain items from an order never print in the kitchen, the most likely cause is that those items don't have a printer label assigned — and your printing preferences are only set up to print labeled items.
How to fix it
You have three options depending on how you'd like your kitchen to handle routing:
Option 1: Assign labels to the missing items
In the Printers app, find the items that aren't printing and assign them a label. Once labeled, they'll route to the appropriate station printer along with everything else.
Best if: You want items to print at specific stations and just need to finish setting up your label assignments.
Option 2: Add a receipt for unlabeled items
In your printing preferences (Setup > Online Ordering > Settings > Remote Firing Printer), enable Choose an option for full order or unlabeled items and select Print unlabeled items receipt.
This prints a separate receipt for any items that don't have a label, so nothing slips through.
Best if: You want labeled items to continue routing to their stations, but need a catch-all for anything unlabeled.
Option 3: Switch to a full expo receipt
In the same printing preferences screen, enable Choose an option for full order or unlabeled items and select Print an expo receipt with full order.
This prints one receipt containing every item in the order, regardless of label assignment.
Best if: You prefer a single consolidated receipt over station-based routing.
