Customer Upload imports your customer file directly into the Clover Customer app. All entries in your file will be uploaded unless an error is flagged on the Customer Upload page or a column has been marked as ignored.
If you're having trouble locating customers after uploading, follow the steps below:
1. Confirm where you're searching
Make sure you're looking in the Clover Customer app, either through the Clover Web Dashboard or on your Clover device.
2. Be aware of Clover's display limit
Clover only displays up to 200 customers at a time in the Customer app — on both the Web Dashboard and the device. So even if more customers were uploaded, you may not see all of them while browsing.
To get a full picture of all customers in your Clover account, use the Download Customers feature in the Customer Upload app. This will generate a file capturing every customer in your account at that point in time — including those uploaded via Customer Upload and any added manually through Clover.

3. Cross-reference your records
Use the downloaded file to check whether any customers from your original upload are missing. If a customer still doesn't appear in the file, please reach out to us at help@abreezetech.com and we'll be happy to help!
