Setting Up a New Franchise Location for Royalty Payments

To add a new franchise location to your Franchise Royalty Payments account, complete the following steps.

For the Franchisor

1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard and go to the Customers page.
2. Create a new customer for the franchisee location, using a clear description so the location is easy to identify.
3. Go to Settings > Billing > Customer Portal.
4. Copy the portal link and share it with your franchisee.

For the Franchisee

1. Install the Franchise Royalty Payments app from the Clover Web Dashboard.
2. Open the Customer Portal link.
3. Add their bank account information through the portal and authorize you to charge their account.

Final Step

Once all franchisee locations have been created in Stripe and their bank accounts have been added, contact the Abreeze team at help@abreezetech.com to activate your account in draft mode.
