Once you sign up, the Abreeze team will send you a unique URL to share with your customers. From there, it only takes a few clicks to configure everything and start accepting orders!
Settings and configuration
Navigate to the Order Kiosk settings page to configure your online ordering settings.
Ordering availability
*Configuring ordering availability is a required step to activate the online storefront.
Under store availability, set the days and hours during which customers are allowed to place orders. Under pick up times, set the day/time options shown to customers for pick up. Orders are generated based on these availability settings.
Changes to availability settings take effect immediately. Customers will only see pickup times that fall within your configured hours.
Menu visibility
In the settings panel, you can control which categories and item labels are visible to customers in the online storefront. This lets you hide items that are unavailable for online ordering without affecting your Clover menu.
Prep time
Set the minimum prep time needed (minimum time in minutes before an order can be picked up), and the maximum pre time needed (maximum time (in minutes) in advance that a customer can schedule pick up)
Customer ordering process
Customers can search for items on the menu and add them to their cart. For each item, they can adjust the quantity and include item-level notes (for example, special preparation instructions).
Any modifiers set up in Clover, whether required or optional, are enforced during the online ordering flow, ensuring consistency with your in-store setup.
Checkout
At checkout, customers must provide their email address and phone number. Contact information collected at checkout is used solely for order communication, unless the customer indicates otherwise.
Customers then select a pickup date and time from the timing you've configured in your availability settings. They also have the option to add a tip and any order-level notes before placing their order.
Order confirmation
Once an order is placed, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing an itemized list of what was ordered, including any notes, order total and tip amount, and their scheduled pickup time.
Order management
Viewing and tracking orders
Orders placed online sync directly to your Clover account. They are also accessible from the Order Kiosk admin panel, which displays:
- Full order details and itemization
- Customer contact information
- A direct link to the corresponding order in Clover
- Searching and filtering
- Search by customer name or order date
- Filter orders by pickup timeframe
- Mark individual orders as fulfilled
