Customers cannot redeem reward points directly through the Order Kiosk app. However, if a customer enters their email address or phone number during checkout, the Order Kiosk app will associate the sale with the phone number or email address in the Clover Customers app. The connected rewards program will then apply and track rewards accordingly. This has been confirmed for both Loyalzoo and Clover Rewards.
