When placing an order, you have the option to make it recurring over a 14-day, 30-day, or 60-day period.
Customers receive an email with the subject line "Re: Next Clover Paper Shipment" three days before their next recurring shipment, if the original purchaser signed up for automated recurring orders. This email gives you a chance to cancel or adjust the order frequency before it ships.
If the recurring shipment was set up in error, you can update or remove it by following these instructions: How do I update or remove my recurring orders?
