How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in either of two ways, as long as it hasn't shipped.

From the order tracking page

1. Go to paperapp.abreezetech.com/track-orders.
2. Find your order and click Manage Order.
3. Click Cancel Order, then click Yes to confirm.

From your confirmation email

1. Open the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
2. Click the Cancel Order button at the bottom of the email.
3. Review the request on the cancellation confirmation screen and click Yes to confirm.

Note: Orders can ship quickly, so cancel as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you'll see a tracking link in place of the cancel option.
