Welcome to Top Up: Purchase Orders! This automated purchase orders app allows you to create and manage your stock simply and easily. Just create your vendors, choose items to track, or manually create your purchase orders. When an item is low, the app will generate a purchase order for you to send to your vendor. When the order arrives, simply "receive" the items through the app, and the stock will be added to your inventory!
Downloading Top Up: Purchase Orders:
Downloading the application is fast and easy. Install and launch the app from the Clover Web Dashboard on your web browser.
Please note that you cannot access the app from a Clover device. Top Up: Purchase Orders can only be installed and run from the web, but the app will communicate directly with your Clover device and transfer any data from the web app to your device as needed.
The Top Up: Purchase Orders app is free for all Mission Control users! If you are not a Mission Control user, Abreeze provides a free 30-day trial so that you can explore the app yourself and decide how it will best work for your business. After the free trial, the Top Up: Purchase Orders app costs $9.99 per month for full access.
Settings:
From the settings tab in Top Up: Purchase Orders, merchants can customize the app to align with their business processes. Click the links below to learn more about available setting adjustments:
To create purchase orders for your items, you will first need to set up the vendors you plan to use. Each item can be set up with a specific vendor so that when the item is running low, the app can generate a PO specific to that vendor! You can also create a vendor to represent your various store locations. This will allow you to manage stock between your locations. Click here to learn how to add, edit and delete vendors.
If you do not want to set minimum and maximums, or want to manually create a Purchase Order you can skip this step and proceed to creating purchase orders. All of your existing Clover inventory will automatically be available in Top Up.
Once you have created your vendors, you are now ready to set up your items! Items can either be created through the app or imported from your existing items in your Clover account. You can add each item one-by-one or bulk upload your items to save time. When creating your items, set minimum and maximum stock counts so that the app can determine when you are running low and create a PO to send to your vendor. There are two ways to create Purchase Orders:
1. Manual Creation: If you did not complete the Items setup above, you can create Purchase Orders manually by following the instructions in the link below:
2. Automated: Based on your selected parameters in the Items configuration, a pending purchase order will be created for items with low stock counts.
