Utilize the Customer Upload app to download your Clover customers! The Customer Upload app allows you to download all of your customers, not just a portion of them, along with notes, business names, purchase history and date of birth.
Simply launch the app from the Clover web dashboard, then select Download Customers.
Next, indicate the email you'd like your customer file sent to, and if you'd like customer order history to be included.
Finally, Select Download. You'll receive an email with your customers file once it's ready. The file will arrive as a ZIP archive and will need to be converted to a CSV before it can be uploaded. Note that the file may take a bit of time to arrive, depending on how many customers are in your database. Please refrain from requesting multiple downloads.
