Where can I edit my info?

To edit your profile on MyBC, navigate to your MyBC salesperson homepage and click on the Salesperson tab on the left side of the screen. You will then be brought to the Edit Salesperson window, where you can customize what your merchants see on their MyBC app screen.

Once you have navigated to your Edit Salesperson window, you can customize the following fields for merchant viewing:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Business Title
• Personal Bio
• Profile Picture
