If you are not seeing Items with Variants on the Clover Station but can view them in the Clover web dashboard. First, troubleshoot the issue by following this article:

If this doesn't solve the issues, there may be another issue at hand. One reason may be that you have a Clover Service Plan that doesn't support Items with Variants. Check and see which service plan you may have subscribed to by following this link to determine what Clover Service Plan you have: https://www.clover.com/help/compare-clover-service-plans/
Using the linked article below, you can compare the different service plans that Clover can offer here.
You will need to have the Register Clover Service Plan to use Item with Variants with the Clover POS. Without the Clover variants functionality, your device will not have a way to display items with variants.
