Downloading the app is fast and easy. Install and launch Up Sell & Cross Sell from the Clover Web Dashboard on your web browser. Once installed, you will be able to access the app from any of your Clover devices connected to your account.

How It All Works:
Once you have launched the app, simply add the parameters & guidelines that work best with your business. For example, you can set the following parameter: Every time a coffee is ordered, your employee is prompted to ask the customer if he/she would like to upgrade to a large (up sell) or add a muffin to the order (cross sell). Based on the customer's response, your employee will then be able to seamlessly adjust the order through the app. This allows you to easily capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities without the hassle of additional employee trainings or additional time at the counter!
