Return window
With Abreeze's authorization, most unused items purchased through the Order Paper App or Paper Planet may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. After 30 days, all transactions are final.
Return shipping costs
- Defective item or our error: We cover return shipping.
- Any other reason: You are responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Consumable items
Consumable items (e.g., printer ribbons, paper products) can only be returned if they are sealed and unopened in original retail packaging, or otherwise verified unused. As with other items, consumables must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
How to return an item
- Contact our team at help@abreezetech.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without one.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
Note: If the return is not due to our error, shipping, handling, and any applicable sales tax are non-refundable.
