You can set the run-time for your report through the web app from the Clover web dashboard. Please log into your Clover web dashboard at www.clover.com. Once logged into your account, click on the Daily Email Report app from the listing of apps on the left side of the screen.
Navigate to your desired location, and click Report Configuration to expand the selection. Under Closeout Time, use the drop-down list to select which time you would like your report to be run. The report time will be based on the time zone setting in your Clover account. To prevent any reporting discrepancies, we recommend that you set your Closeout Offset hours to align with your end-of-day receipt.
Under Send Time for your selected location, use the drop-down to select the time you would like the report to be sent to your email inbox. The send time will be based on the time zone setting in your Clover account.
For example, if you own a restaurant that does not close until 10pm each night, you can select to run your report at 10pm and have the report sent to your email inbox at 7am the next day.
