You may set the run-time for your report through the web app from the Clover web dashboard. Please log into your Clover web dashboard at www.clover.com. Once logged into your account, click on the Daily Email Report app from the listing of apps on the left side of the screen.
Under Closeout Time for your selected location, use the drop-down list to select which time in which you would like your report to be run. The report time will be based on the time zone setting in your Clover account. To prevent any reporting discrepancies, we recommend that you set your Closeout Offset hours to align with your end-of-day receipt.
Under Send Time for your selected location, use the drop-down to select the time you would like the report to be sent to your email inbox. The send time will be based on the time zone setting in your Clover account.
For example, if you own a restaurant that does not close until 2 am each night, you can select to run your report at 2 am and have the report sent to your email inbox at 7 am in the morning when you wake up.
