Can I have a report that includes all details for all items sold, completed orders, refunds, or credits?

Yes! Mission Control lets you download separate reports for: Orders, Line Items, Refunds, and Credits. Follow the steps below to download any of them.

1. Set your desired timeframe on the Main Dashboard. Once entered, click Submit.
   • The Interval and Location settings do not apply to these reports — you can skip them here. You will select your location(s) in a later step.

2. Click the link for the report you want to download: Orders, Line Items, Refunds, or Credits.

3. In the pop-up that appears, enter your email address and select the location(s) you want to include, then click Submit.

4. Within minutes, you will receive an email with a CSV attachment containing the raw data for your selected timeframe and location(s).
