Yes, You are able to turn off the customer info prompt. Please follow the instruction below it will show you how to turn off the customer info prompt.

This feature is available in version 2.0.17 and later
To expedite checkouts, some merchants may want to skip the Customer Information screen (shown below)

To configure this, please navigate to the settings page and set the following:

1. Make sure "Collect Customer Information" is unchecked
2. Make sure "Ask for Tip" is unchecked
3. Make sure "Show pay with cash" is unchecked
4. Make sure there are no Order types selected

Your Kiosk will now bypass the customer information screen.
