Can I turn off the customer info prompt?

To expedite checkouts, some merchants may want to skip the Customer Information screen (shown below):

To turn off the customer info prompt. Please navigate to the Order Kiosk settings page and follow the instructions below:

• Make sure "Collect Customer Information" is unchecked
• Make sure "Ask for Tip" is unchecked
• Make sure "Show pay with cash" is unchecked
• Make sure there are no Order types selected

Your Kiosk will now bypass the customer information screen.
