How do I manage my Drop Ship settings?

1. Open Drop Ship from your Clover Web Dashboard.
2. Click Settings.
3. Update your location and order form settings (described below).
4. Click Update to save your changes.

Location settings

• Email Button Text: The label on the button used to email recent orders.
• Email Report Title: The subject line of the email you get when an order is placed.
• Employee Name Label: The label for the employee name on the order.
• On-Device Instructions: A message employees see when they open Drop Ship on the Clover device.
• Employee Custom ID Label: The label for the employee custom ID field.
• Shipping Item Name: How the shipping charge appears on the receipt and email.
• Skip Select Shipping Rate: When turned on, skips the shipping rate screen if you only offer one rate.
• Skip Select Items: When turned on, skips the item selection screen if the order only has one item.

Order form settings

• Choose which customer information to collect on the order form.
• Choose whether to ask customers to opt in to marketing.
• Click Update to save your changes.
