How do I create and manage my fulfillers?

Creating your fulfiller(s) is an important initial step before using Drop Ship in full action. Fulfillers represent the various warehouse locations from which you plan to ship items.

In order to create your fulfillers, first launch the app from your web browser and select the Fulfillers tab on the left side of the screen.

To the right of the screen, you will see an option to create a new fulfiller. Select (1) a name for the fulfiller, (2) best email to reach the fulfiller, (3) the shipping method you wish to use for this fulfiller, and (4) a name for the shipping method. Once populated, click the blue Create Fulfiller button.

The fulfiller(s) you create will be available to choose once a customer has checked out. On this same page, you can edit or delete your rates using the pencil icon (edit) or "X" icon (delete) to the right of each rate. You can also search for a specific rate by using the search field in the top left of your screen.
