How do I customize my sales organization’s settings?

  1. Log in to MyBC.
  2. Click Your Sales Organization’s Settings.
  3. Update any of the following:
    • Business name
    • Phone number
    • Email
    • Logo
    • Accent color
    • Referral prompt
    • About prompt
    • Title of your salespeople

Merchants see this information in their MyBC app.

Note: Title of your salespeople sets what merchants see your salespeople called in the app, such as Business Consultant.
