If you plan to clone inventory from one location to another, you may want to delete the existing inventory in the location receiving the copy prior to performing the clone. To delete a location's inventory, first ensure that you have downloaded the Mission Control and Location Clone applications on that location's Clover account. Then follow the below steps to complete the deletion:
1. Launch the Location Clone app in the HQ location through the Clover web dashboard.
2. Click the white Empty Existing Inventory button in the middle of the screen.
3. A pop-up window will appear. Select the location whose inventory you wish to delete. If you would like to receive a backup of the deleted inventory data, enter your email address. For tracking purposes, you can also add a reason for your deletion. Once you have filled out all necessary information, click the red Delete All Inventory Data button to initiate the deletion.
