Welcome to the Quick Chips application! The Quick Chips application calculates and charges the Cost of Credit associated with casino chip payouts. There are two components of the Quick Chips Application: the web management dashboard, and the application that runs on Clover Flex devices. This guide outlines how to configure your account, facilitate payouts, and view reports on past payouts.
Quick Chips is a privately listed Clover application. To install it on your account, please contact your account manager.
Once the application is installed on your Clover account, please access the Quick Chips management dashboard from the Clover Web Dashboard to set up your account. The following two steps must be completed prior to using the application on the Clover device
- Create Table Names - please follow the guide provided here
- Create Transaction Cost Tiers - please follow the guide provided here
Once you have completed the above steps, you are ready to process transactions from your Clover Flex devices. Please follow this guide for full instructions on how to run a transaction.
After transactions have been run, return to the web dashboard to generate reports by following the instructions below:
- Reporting grouped by Table Name
- Reporting grouped by Employee Name
