How to create or delete a Tier

Open the “Quick Chips” app from the Clover Web Dashboard. Select “Tenders” from the navigation bar at the top of the page. This web page will allow you to select from the Tenders available on your account. Select the Tender you wish to manage by selecting the “Edit Tiers” button.

Once a tender has been selected, create a Tier by using the “Add a New Tier for (Tender Type)” and completing the text options below: 

1. Lower Bound
2. Flat Fee
3. Percentage Fee

Press the Save button for the Tier setting to be applied. Once the Tier is saved, the newly created Tier will appear under the “Existing Tiers for (Tender Type)” on the right side of the screen.

To delete a Tier, select the “Remove” button for the Tier you want to delete under “Existing Tiers for (Tender Type).”
