Customer Upload takes the customer file you uploaded and imports them to the Clover Customer app. All customer entries in your file will be uploaded into Clover unless any errors are present on the Customer Upload page or if the column is ignored. If you have issues finding these customers you uploaded, please follow the steps below.
First, please confirm where you are searching for the customers. Establish that you are searching within the Clover Customer app either through the Clover Web Dashboard or Clover device. We have attached screenshots of where to search for those customers within the Clover Customer app on the Clover Web Dashboard or Clover machine.

Second, Clover has a limitation that shows only 200 customers at a time within the Cover account on either the Clover Web Dashboard or on the device when searching the customer. You may only see a limited amount of customers when searching within the Clover Customers app. If you like to see all customers within your Clover Customers app, use the "Downloading Customers" feature within the Customer Upload app to capture all customers within the Clover account. Follow the app directions below for more instructions.
This will give you a snapshot of all customers within your Clover account at the point of download. This included all customers uploaded through the Customer Upload app or added manually through Clover.
This file can be used to cross-reference the customers you are missing to see if those customers weren't uploaded. If the customer still doesn't exist within the customer file, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can further assist!
