Patrick May 12, 2026 18:36 Updated Follow To cancel a sent purchase order:Click the Mark as Received icon (paper with checkmark) in the Actions column for that PO.Set the Quantity Received to 0 for every item by double-clicking each field. Click Receive Purchase Order. The PO status will revert to pending. From here, you can edit, resend, or cancel the PO as needed.
