Limitations of Clover's Export Customers Feature

Clover allows the export of customer's data using the Clover Customer app. This feature will create a CSV of your customer data in Clover, but it has limitations. 

1. Clover will only generate a limited amount of customers. The limit is about 1,000 customers.
2. Clover's export of customers doesn't feature any of these fields on a customer profile:
   • Any of the notes
   • Business name
   • Date of birth (D.O.B.)
3. Clover's export will include all email addresses in a single column, which is then unable to be imported through our application.

If you want to include this data in your exported customer list, use the Customer Upload app to export the customers and use the 'Export all Customer' feature. Attached is a link that goes over how to export customers using our Customer Upload app.
