Use the stock status icons to indicate whether an item is available from a vendor. Only items marked In Stock will be tracked and available for purchase orders — items marked Out of Stock will be excluded until marked back in stock.
To change an item's stock status, click the corresponding icon in the Actions column:
- To mark an item In Stock, click the Currently Out of Stock icon (X).
- To mark an item Out of Stock, click the Currently In Stock icon (checkmark).
