How do I move multiple items at once?

To move multiple items at once, navigate to the Mission Control web dashboard, click the Inventory tab, and select Create Shipment.

On the next page, configure the following parameters:

• Origin & Destination Locations — Select the locations you want to move inventory from and to.
• Item Search Criteria — Select the criteria to use when searching for items (e.g., Item Name, SKU, Item Code).
• In Transit? — Select whether items should be held in transit until received by the destination location, or moved directly.
  • Yes — Subtracts items from the origin location immediately but does not add them to the destination until they are received.
  • No — Subtracts items from the origin location and adds them to the destination location automatically, bypassing the in-transit step.

Once your parameters are set, click Choose Items. In the pop-up that appears, search for and select the items you want to move, then enter the quantity for each. To add more items to the transfer, click Add Item at the top of the pop-up.

Note that two conditions must be met for an inventory transfer to proceed:

1. The item must exist at both the origin and destination locations.
2. The origin location must have enough stock to cover the quantity being moved.

Once you have selected all items and quantities, click Submit to complete the transfer.
