To receive a purchase order, follow the below steps.
1. First make sure you have sent the purchase order. A PO cannot be received until it has been sent.
2. Click the Mark Received icon (paper with checkmark) under Actions in the same row as the purchase order you would like to receive.
3. This will take you to the receiving page for that PO. Adjust the quantity received amount for each item to represent the amount actually received. To edit the amount, double click the field under Quantity Received in the row of the item received.
4. Click the blue Receive Purchase Order button at the bottom of the page. This will change the PO status to received and adjust your inventory accordingly.
