The items you want available for order in Kiosk Mode must have BOTH the labels and categories you chose before entering Kiosk Mode.
- Categories are used to group the items on your menu. For example, a lunch restaurant may have the following categories: Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts, Beverages.
- Labels are used to limit the items available through a kiosk. For example, a lunch restaurant may serve certain items that are only available at the full-service section of the restaurant (not available at the kiosk). In this case, the restaurant could use multiple labels (kiosk, pre-made & full-service) to differentiate the items. Only items with the labels "kiosk" or "pre-made" would be available at the kiosk. Items without at least one of those labels would not show up in Kiosk Mode.
As such, if you checked the labels Kiosk and Pre-made and the categories drinks and sandwiches in your Order Kiosk settings, your desired available items for kiosk mode must be tagged for at least one of those labels and at least one of those categories.
