To write off inventory, find the item on the Inventory Dashboard and select Move Inventory under Make Changes.
In the pop-up that appears, configure the following fields:
- Move From — Select the location you want to write off inventory from.
- Move To — Select Write Off.
- Amount — Check if In Transit — Enter the quantity you want to write off.
Then click Submit. The inventory count for your selected location will update accordingly.
