In order to keep track of all your orders within Drop Ship, we have created a central location where you can view and edit all orders. To manage your orders, first launch the app from your web browser and select the Orders tab on the left side of the screen.
From this page, you can view all orders in one place. You can also filter your order listing to see only unfulfilled, fulfilled or cancelled orders using the Filter Status dropdown menu.
To download all unfulfilled orders into a CSV file, click the Download Unfulfilled Orders button. You will then be asked if you would like to mark all downloaded orders as "fulfilled". This will save you the time and hassle of individually marking each order as "fulfilled". Select Yes to change all orders to "fulfilled" or No to keep the orders marked "unfulfilled". Once selected, a CSV file will be downloaded listing all orders that need to be fulfilled.
To receive a CSV report including all orders, click the Email All Orders Report button. This will send an email with a CSV attachment to the email associated with the Drop Ship location (set in settings).
To view the items within an order, click the blue "image" icon under actions to the right of the order.
